Interface Design of Newsletters

I have just started a company newsletter and decided to use an online service provider to help me create templates of the interface designs of emails, and to simplify the process of sending batch emails from my email client. When I was looking at service providers, I tested a few to see which offered the best service and which were easiest to use. I have no experience of coding in HTML and so for me it was important that the tool was easy to learn. I selected one provider and was happy to discover that the user interface design of the website itself was user-friendly. The service provider took me through the different steps of the process and even showed me where to click next and offered hints when needed.

I was able to work on an existing template by dragging and dropping in basic elements, such as image holders, text holders and social media icons – much like with a wireframe tool I had used in the past. Then I could upload images, input text and change the graphical interface design of my newsletter by changing the font size and adding background color. The best part about this tool was that it allowed me to preview how my newsletter would look in various client inboxes, and how it would appear on a mobile device. This meant I was confident in sending out my newsletter, knowing it was well-targeted at mobile users. As a marketer, it is important for me to know that emails sent by my brand look professional. In email marketing, first-impressions and conversion are important. This is why I wanted to use a service provider that enabled me to create interface designs that show my company news in the best light.
